1. Validity of sales agreement, product and price information
  1. Subscription is a sales agreement between the web store and the subscriber. Subscription agreement applys to purchasing products from the web store. Web store reserves the right to cancel the subscription while notifying the subscriber in advance.
  2. Prices of the products in sale in the web store are denominated in euros and they're marked alongside the products. Prices include VAT.
  3. Validity of the agreement is determined with the product paid for Ie. the subscriber agrees to the validity while subscribing.
2. Subscribing
  1. Subscription may be made only by an adult with legal capacity.
  2. Subscriber must familiarize oneself with the pruduct descrption, subscription agreement and contract terms.
  3. To order a product the web stores subscription agreement and the contract terms must be accepcted. In the summary of the subscription the subscriber can see the contents of the shopping cart and the amount of money to be paid.
  4. While subscribing the subscriber is aware that the subscribing includes an obligation for payment.
  5. The subscription may be paid with Verifone Finland Oy payment Service.
  6. While subscribing an email order confirmation which includes the product(s) subscribed to will be sent to the subscriber. If the customer notices an error in the order confirmation, it should be reported immediately to the online store via email at info@bikenavi.fi.
Payment methods

Payment Service is provided by Verifone Finland (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy has an operating licence from Financial supervisory authority. Payment transactions are completed in Verifone Finland Oy 's protected information Secure payment environment. On most common online bank, card and other payments, the reciever on bank statements and possible card bills will be shown as Verifone Finland Oy which transmits the payments to the seller. For other payment methods Verifone Finland Oy acts as a payment transaction information transmitter whereupon the payment reciever will be shown as (Company name)

Information security of online payments:

We use an information Secure SSL -encrypted connection while addressing credit card and other subscription information. We do not keep credit card information on our information system but they're handled and stored on Verifone's safe PCI DSS -certified system.

4. Delivery
  1. The subscription is delivered digitally immediately after payment confirmation.
5 Return and reclamation rights
  1. Digitally downloaded product's return and reclamation right ends at the moment you have familiarized yourself with the product and accepted the web stores terms and payment transaction is completed to the payment broker.
6. Solving Disputes
  1. If the subscriber has complaints regarding the web store they should be sent to the email address info@bikenavi.fiIf the subscriber and the web store are unable to solve the dispute by negotiating the subscriber may send a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Board. Consumer Disputes Board is qualified to resolve disputes caused by the agreement between the subscriber and the web store. Subscriber's complaint will be handled by the Board without cost.
    Before taking the issue to the Consumer Disputes Board the consumer must contact Consumer Advisory Services. Reprisentitive fees will not be covered because the Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board offers help to resolve disputes without pay.
7 Force majeure and indirect responsibility
  1. In the face of an overwhelming obstacle the web store may delay the delivery of the product or cancel the subscription while paying back the possibly completed transaction sum. Overwhelming obstacle may among others be an authority measure, technical issue, interruption of operations due to water damage fire or other accident, interruption of general traffic or energy distribution, labour dispute or another comparably significant and unusual issue which the web store could not take into account and the results could not reasonably be avoided.
8. Responsibility
  1. The web store is not responsible for any direct, indirect or random damages or losses caused by the web site's or the application's content or their availability, their use and trusting them.
  2. The web store will not pay for damages or other compensation for losses, injuries, penalties or other damages which are caused by access to the website or application, their use or trusting their content or other sites which this web site is linked to.
  3. The web store is not responsible for data saved on digital media or software while liability for risk is on the customer. Backup copies are the buyers responsibility.
  4. The web store is not responsible for routes planned, made by or shared by the user/customer
