This personal information is addressed later in this privacy statement and be referred to as "personal data" and the persons whose personal data is addressed will be called "registered"

3. The purpose of handling personal data

For the user of the Bikenavi -application, the Bikenavi application's handling of personal data is meant to care for customer relationship, management and maintenance, control of customer agreements, billing information and licences, confirming customer interactions, developement of customer Service and business, customer communication and marketing

4. Source(s) from which the personal data comes from

Primary information source is the information collected from the customers themselves. Customer's personal data is collected while registering and using the Bikenavi -Service. The personal data may also have been acquired through the Company web site.

5. Transfer of personal data

The Company will not move any personal data or it's partners, subcontractors and external people outside the Company.

6. Retention time of personal data

Personal data will be saved and stored as long as they're needed for previously mentioned uses. After that the personal data will be deleted efficiently and will be made nameless.

7. Rights of the registered

Registered may at any time contact the Company to check that their personal data is accurate and up-to-date. When asked by a registered all imperfect, unaccurate or outdated personal data can be fixed or deleted.

In certain conditions a registered can also resist the handling or their personal data and ask the data to be moved. If a registered has a problem or notes about the Company handling procedure they also have a right to make a complaint to a relevant supervisory authority.

Analytics

The company utilises web site analytics such as Google Analytics to collect nameless statistics regarding the users of the application and the web site. Analytics are meant to improve the contents of the web site and the application. If you want to remove Google Analytics you can do it here.

Social media plugins

Social media plugins and other links or connections to the sites may be owned and monitored by a third party. For that reason the company has no authority regarding such third party web sites and it is not responsible for any material published or any issues caused by the use of these sites.

With cookies the Company can follow when and how you have used the web site or the application and with them we can improve our services. Cookies are nowadays used by most web sites.
